As you can see from our refund policy below, we are not able to refund your labels.
Whilst the look of the nametags on screen is as close as possible to the actual look, it is not possible to duplicate the exact look of the nametags. This is mainly to do with differences in how computers display graphics. The name tag display does not constitute a part of the order contract between My Nametags and yourself.

Refund Policy

Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as we can not give you a refund if we deliver the order as you have put it on the internet.
Should you not be happy with your order, or if you feel that the quality of the product is not to your standards, please contact us on 0800 3 213 203, and we will try to accommodate you.

Privacy Policy

We store your customer details (but not card details) for the pupose of facilitating future orders and contacting you with product information. We do not give your personal information to third parties without your express permission.

Use of nametags

We strive to give you the best and safest nametags possible, but please ensure that your children do not eat or swallow the nametags. Some children can have an adverse reaction to plastic or PVC, please be careful if you know that your child might react to such substances.
