More about line-breaks.
Many customers want their full name on Line 1, which can sometimes lead to the writing becoming too small to read. In our experience, this happens when the text on Line 1 exceeds 15 characters with a design, or 22 characters without. To compensate for this, our programme automatically creates another line, in between Line 1 and Line 2, and puts the last word(s) on Line 1 on this new line. If you would like to force a line-break earlier, you can insert the special character "|", which you will find next to Z on your keyboard (SHIFT + "\"). You can only do this once, and only on Line 1 – Line 2 is never split. If you use the "|" to force a line-break, you override the automatic line-break.

Example – John Lloyd Stone
The name "John Lloyd Stone" is longer than 15 characters (and has a design), so the last word on Line 1 is automatically put onto a new line.
In this example, if you would like "Lloyd Stone" on the same line, you would insert the "|" symbol between John and Lloyd,
as in the example below..

Line 1: John Lloyd Stone

Line 1: John|Lloyd Stone
