DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery to the UK:
You usually receive the nametags within four days of placing an order online, but please count 10 working days to be sure. Most of our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placing the order. Please make sure you have put the correct door number and postcode in the address fields.
International Delivery:
We deliver anywhere in the world at no extra cost. We aim to produce and ship orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. We aim to deliver within 10 working days in Europe. Anything outside Europe (such as UAE and the Middle East, Australia, and USA) can take up to 1 month or more. Please ensure you give us your full delivery address, including province/county/postcode when needed (if you do not have a postcode, please write N/A in the postcode field). Please add a telephone number in case the post service needs to contact you.
Delivery to Iceland:
While we deliver to Iceland and usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being placed, please note that delivery to Iceland can take around 3 weeks to arrive. This is now shipped with international tracking, at an extra cost of £10 per order. We are also aware that Icelandic customs occasionally stop and hold some of our shipments – this is unfortunately out of our control. If your order has been stopped, you may need to contact them, providing proof of purchase, which you can get by contacting us at sales@mynametags.com . Any charges incurred due to customs holding your order are the customer's responsibility and not that of My Nametags.
Summer Months:
Sometimes during the busiest months of July, August & September orders can take a little longer than usual
Incorrect Delivery Address:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct upon ordering with My Nametags. If there is a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately within an hour of placing your order so we can amend your address. Any amendments requested after the first hour may not be accepted as your order may have been printed and processed already. Returns and refunds based on incorrect delivery information are not accepted – customers will therefore need to pay for a new order with correct delivery information.
