Help your child sleep better with our Printable Bedtime Checklist

We all love a good night’s sleep. Especially after having children, once a parent’s life suddenly becomes so much busier and tiring. But we are not the only ones who can experience difficulties sleeping.

As the National Sleep Foundation states, sleep is even more important for small children, as it has a strong impact on their mental and physical development.

While children are growing up, the development of imagination can translate into nightmares, which can make waking up during the night very common.

The increased demand in terms of time and attention that comes from school and homework, added to the growing interest in TV, computers, and the Internet can also lead to difficulty falling asleep.

Maintaining a regular and consistent sleep schedule is one of the recommended methods to increase the sleep quality of children (and their parents as well!).

We have created a printable bedtime checklist for you and your child to go through, to make bedtime a more relaxing and fun routine! Print this and stick it to your child’s bedroom wall where it is well visible, and go through it together every evening around half an hour before bedtime.

We hope better sleep is coming for all of you!
